DATUMWELL EMBODIEDTRACE — PILOT-SCOPING BRIEF

Use this checklist to outline your tasks, action interface, and evaluation needs
before a pilot discussion. Scope, timing, and commercial terms are agreed separately.

1. TEAM AND INTENDED USE
Team / contact:
What should the data help your team evaluate or develop?
Current model or workflow (optional):

2. TASKS AND COVERAGE
Priority tasks / environments:
Representative examples your team can share:
Desired pilot sample size (to agree):
Coverage gaps or exclusions:

3. AVAILABLE OBSERVATIONS AND INPUTS
Camera views / image or video resolution:
Robot state and time alignment:
Available instructions and recorded outcomes:
Input access rights / sharing restrictions:

4. ACTION INTERFACE
Robot embodiment / action adapter:
Required action representation:
Position units and coordinate frame:
Orientation convention and gripper semantics:

5. ANNOTATION AND REVIEW NEEDS
Required fields (e.g., subgoals, rationales, action descriptions):
Generated-label status and expected review:
Policy for uncertainty / missing instructions / conflicting wording:
Who reviews semantic evidence and approves the sample?

6. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA TO AGREE
[ ] Coverage and sample size match the agreed scope.
[ ] Files load with the agreed schema and documented action conventions.
[ ] Recorded-command action labels remain traceable and are distinguished
    from generated semantic annotations.
[ ] Generated annotations are clearly marked; object outcomes and task
completion are not treated as verified without agreed evidence.
[ ] Decision inputs exclude later feedback; output labels are separate.
[ ] Missing instructions and differing recorded wording remain explicit.
[ ] Review criteria and evaluation/holdout scope are agreed.
Additional acceptance criteria:

7. DELIVERABLES AND NEXT STEP
Preferred data format / media package / documentation:
Evaluation plan and reviewer:
Timing and commercial terms to discuss (no default commitment):
